These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and services provided by Lingo Real ("we", "us", or "our"), including SpeakSwipe, Verbally AI, and other products (collectively, the "Apps").

By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. Use of the Apps

You may use the Apps for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Use the Apps to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Apps
• Redistribute or republish content from the Apps without permission

2. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Content

The Apps may include video content from third-party sources (such as YouTube). This content is provided for educational purposes under applicable fair use provisions. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

Your speech recordings and learning data remain your property. By using the Apps, you grant us a limited license to process your audio for the purpose of providing pronunciation feedback.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their design, code, features, and branding, are owned by Lingo Real and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Apps without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will meet your specific learning goals. Language learning outcomes depend on individual effort and practice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lingo Real shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lingo Real operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
